From the very beginning of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master the talented storyteller has maintained audience suspense with rich lore, a diverse cast of heroes, and a thrilling plot showcasing angels, fiends, and malevolent powers expanding in strength within the city.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled
Episode 3 finished on a dramatic pause and introduced the initial group of characters who will branch out from the central cast to begin their independent quest, separate from the additional parties.
This warrior group includes Teor (brought to life by the voice actor), the agile character (Laura Bailey), the fierce warrior (Whitney), the cleric (Sam), and Kattigan (the actor).
Dividing the Cast
Considering 13 cast members, it was clear from the beginning that having everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.
That’s why, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Introduction, intertwining the personal journeys before splitting into three distinct groups: Soldiers, Schemers, and Seekers.
What Defines the Combat Party
Per Brennan Lee Mulligan, the warrior group is for adventurers who prefer a typically action-packed battle-oriented story mode where diplomatic options are scarce.
Upon first impression, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander might appear mismatched, but the events of the latest installment demonstrate why these particular heroes are ideally matched for the Soldiers table.
Why They Must Go
First, the group understands precisely where to proceed after a intense opening clash with the enemy group.
A former ally of Thjazi—whose death kicked off the campaign’s events—manipulated the enemy for his own means, breaking into the secret base, assaulting the rogue, and swiping all the powerful objects to dispose of.
Casimir then settled his liabilities and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, beyond the city, with Teor’s brother close behind.
Individual Reasons
Moreover, each member has a personal reason to depart the metropolitan area:
- Thimble, as the close ally and closest confidant, desires revenge.
- The adventurer knows the northern area and advises that it is a dangerous environment.
- Tyranny and Wicander, having defied his relatives’ demands to kill the target and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
- But, their position as key figures in House Halovar could assist the team access areas they normally couldn’t.
- Moreover, The grateful character vowed a eternal obligation to Wicander for his rescue and will now go with him wherever.
Fugitives
In addition, all of them are hunted by the authorities that govern the city for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally no longer safe:
- Thimble and Kattigan are recognized lawbreakers.
- Tyranny and The healer defied the influential house and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
- The fighter is targeted for elimination by the clan.
This means them no alternative but to journey toward the northern region in pursuit of Casimir.
What’s Next?
From episode three’s follow-up content, we learn that the combat party won’t be around next week, leaving the other eight players to assemble the Questers and Schemers tables.
Viewers can anticipate learning which adventurers will be in which group in the story’s last Overture episode, streaming live on the upcoming Thursday.
